Product images, lifestyle mockups, and digital representations are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product but may not perfectly reflect the final physical item.
Because many Salty Saints products are produced after an order is placed, minor variations in print placement, scale, color, or appearance may occur within normal production tolerances.
We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly as displayed on every device or in every image.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, designs, and specifications may be changed at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantity of products available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order with Salty Saints, you are making an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability, misuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification requests can be accommodated after an order has been submitted.
If we cancel or make a material change to an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, or other contact information provided at checkout.
All returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
You represent that products purchased from Salty Saints are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are subject to the processing and delivery timelines described in our Shipping Policy.
All processing and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Salty Saints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.

Salty Saints is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Salty Saints.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Salty Saints or for any injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased directly from Salty Saints, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
