We want you to love what you ordered from Salty Saints. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll help you through the return process.

30-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In the same condition in which it was received
  • In its original packaging, when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at support@saltysaints.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, including incorrect size selection or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to an error on our part, Salty Saints will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@saltysaints.shop.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Exchanges

Need a different size or item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges unless the wrong item or size was sent due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved returns are processed within 5 business days of inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we issue the refund, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the funds to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@saltysaints.shop.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received, with original packaging when applicable and proof of purchase.
