Many Salty Saints products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps us offer more designs while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

Please review the information below for details about order processing, shipping, tracking, delivery, and shipping-related issues.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Most Salty Saints products are made to order.

Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.

During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, production may take longer than usual.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

ESTIMATED U.S. DELIVERY TIMES

After production is complete and your order has shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes approximately:

3–8 business days

Most U.S. orders should therefore arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after the order is placed.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The shipping rate may vary depending on:

  • The items in your order;
  • The number of items ordered;
  • The shipping destination;
  • The fulfillment location; and
  • The shipping method available at checkout.

Any available free-shipping promotion will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout and may be subject to specific terms or minimum-purchase requirements.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order ships.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Please include your name and order number so we can review the shipment.

ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may be produced or fulfilled from different locations.

As a result, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different days.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because we divide an order into multiple packages after purchase.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your:

  • Name;
  • Street address;
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number;
  • City;
  • State;
  • ZIP or postal code; and
  • Contact information

before submitting your order.

We will make a reasonable effort to help, but because orders may enter production or fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

Salty Saints is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

A package may be returned to the sender because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address;
  • A missing apartment or unit number;
  • An undeliverable address;
  • Refusal of delivery; or
  • Failure to collect a package when required.

We will review the situation and provide available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because the original shipping information provided at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable.

DELAYED PACKAGES

Carrier delays can occasionally occur after an order has shipped.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, first review the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We will review the available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next step.

PACKAGES MARKED “DELIVERED”

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around the delivery location;
  • Check with members of your household;
  • Check with neighbors, a front desk, mailroom, or property manager when applicable; and
  • Allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers may mark a package delivered shortly before final delivery.

If the package still cannot be located after completing these steps, contact the shipping carrier and email us at support@saltysaints.shop.

We will review the available information and help determine what options may be available.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a package may have been lost in transit, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your name;
  • Your order number; and
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review the shipment and, when appropriate, work with the fulfillment provider or shipping carrier to determine the next step.

Claims involving lost shipments may require additional time while the shipment is investigated.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged;
  • Defective;
  • Misprinted; or
  • Different from the item you ordered,

  • A description of the issue; and
  • Clear photographs showing the problem.

We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When international shipping is available, delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and local postal service.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties;
  • Import taxes;
  • VAT;
  • Brokerage fees; or
  • Other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Salty Saints.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Because many Salty Saints products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

We will make a reasonable effort to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled, changed, or redirected after production or fulfillment has begun.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping-related concerns involving returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before returning any item.

Do not send a product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
